INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information to provide you with a high-quality AI-driven interior design transformation experience. The types of data we collect include:

Images and Room Photos: To generate AI room redesigns, you upload photos of your rooms. These photos are temporarily sent to secure cloud infrastructure and AI processing endpoints (via Replicate APIs) to render your designs. As stated in the App, these uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of generation.
Account Information: If you choose to sync your account, we collect credentials such as your email address and password via Firebase Authentication. If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive authorization tokens and profile metadata (such as your name and email address) permitted by your provider’s privacy settings.
Subscription and Purchase Data: We process transactions and manage premium subscriptions through RevenueCat and Apple’s/Google’s in-app purchasing systems. We do not store or process your credit card details; all financial transactions are securely handled by the respective App Store payment gateways.
Usage and Device Data: We may collect non-personal analytics data, including device model, operating system version, and application performance crash reports, to improve stability and performance.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To process your images and deliver the requested AI-generated interior redesigns.
To manage your premium subscription access and process purchases.
To allow you to sync your favorite designs and application preferences across multiple devices.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent to hezarfentech@gmail.com.
To fix bugs, optimize the App, and ensure safety and security.

DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information with trusted third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to run the App’s core services:

Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure user authentication, cloud database hosting (Cloud Firestore), and image asset storage.
RevenueCat Inc.: Used to process, validate, and manage in-app subscription and receipt states.
Replicate: Used as the AI processing gateway to render visual room transformations. No personal identifier data is shared with the AI models.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Redesigned Room Photos: Photos uploaded to generate designs are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Account Information: You can delete your registered account and associated favorite designs at any time by contacting us. We retain account data only as long as your account is active.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
GDPR (EUROPEAN UNION) & CCPA (CALIFORNIA) RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can request data export or deletion by emailing us.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in this location and updating the effective date.
